This is where the concept of Back to Basics started. With over four decades of experience as a women's health and fitness specialist, I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of women toward holistic wellness.

 

My journey began with a deep understanding of the struggles many face in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. While I could solely focus on sculpting physiques for my clients, the evolving challenges of coaching women over 50 present challenges I experienced firsthand. Thus, my approach encompasses the complexities of our human experience, addressing physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

My coaching philosophy integrates the mind-body connection, acknowledging that true transformation starts within. Despite the professional caliber of my training, accessibility remains a priority.
